ROLEX WATCHES: To rolex or not to rolex?

Watches, isa yan sa mga hilig ko... Yun nga Lang, I have no money to burn to pursue watches that I want for myself..
Currently I have an Omega Seamaster among others. Ito ang madalas ko na gamitin at this time.. Marami na sana akong watches since I'm collecting watches from my college days, not really expensive watches but the ones that I really like.. (Casio G shock, Swatch, Seiko, Citizen etc) until nilooban kami...

I like the vintage Heuer's (before it became TAG-Heuer). McQueen's Monaco comes into mind, among others.

not a big fan of tag also and i have a rolex, but i'd gladly trade my rolex for this.




the only reason i don't have one is because i can't find one, sa states and hk ako nag hanap wala parehas.

good luck finding one. saw one at tag heuer hk and regret not buying it, when i came back for it, it was already gone. i heard there's 2 in tag heuer singapore branch but haven't checked. oh and the price is $10k usd since it's a limited edition watch. my uncle got one here in the philippines for 450k and he plans to keep it forever. ilan beses ko na hiniritan ayaw talaga pumayag.

Reminds me of a guy sa isang Rolex forum. nilooban din, nanakaw 3 or 4 Rolex niya. ang hindi lang nanakaw yung favorite Rolex niya since suot niya that day

Overpriced ang Tag pero mas overpriced ang Rolex in my opinion. 10 years na tag ko pero ok pa din, like new pa rin ang movement. never ko pa napa- serviced . 5-6x na din nahulog.

Maganda ang Submariner. One of the most famous model ng Rolex ang submariner pero i personally prefer the Yachtmaster. Muntik ko na bilhin last year sa New York pero bigla akong tinanong ng 3 year old son ko kung bakit ko gustong bilhin. Bigla kong binalik sa salesman at naisip na additional na lang sa college fund nilang tatlo

Ganun ba? Siguro dahil nga sa endorsers pero that watch din yung trip ko actually. Malabo pala makabili niyan. For sure mahal na yan sobra kasi mukhang limited edition na eh.

Yung sa uncle mo good luck nga kung ibenta pa sayo. hehehe. Kahit ako for keeps na talaga yun. Alagaan na lang ng husto yung straps para all-orig AMAP.
