from what I know what they are digging right now there at diosdado is somehow related to the ongoing construction fo SM Mall of Asia...i have notice that they are placing pipes underneath then they tamper it portion by portion to avoid damage to the pipes then they asphalt the top layer which is bulging.. so it looks like now a miniscule baby hump....
