That's the problem with steroid abuse... To be honest, roid side effects aren't as deadly as the masses portray it is unless abused, the problem is, once you've started and saw the gains, it's hard to control the urge, as with any drug.
Pro-bodybuilders are known to have heart problems in their early 40s, at least 20 years before the usual statistic range due to roid use... Even the great Arnie had a bypass before 50...
