Does medicard have a good track record with doctors?

I mean, hindi ba tinatanggihan ng accredited doctors/clinics? Our former hmo kasi tinatanggihan ng ibang doctors due to non-payment of their fees.

Tinanggihan ako once ng isang dentist.
Didnt even bother as may tumanggap naman after few calls to others.
