Guys, tips naman diyan on buying real estate.

How would you check if there are available lots in case you are interested in property located in a pretty old village? Saan ba maganda bumili ng real estate nowadays kung for residential use?

    Ito po ay katanungan lamang.

if sa old and full villages, chances are through friends lang, bank or brokers... bihira sobra yun nagpopost sa dyaryo... usually brokers na yan...

one best way would be sa homeowners association or sa guard... alam nila yun mga for sale and for rent...

minsan may suwerte minsan tiyaga talaga...

Sa Congressional Village sana or anywhere near Congressional Ave. Don't know the prevailing rates. Gated community preferred.
