Figures. The blower in our centralized air conditioner is non-operational. The house is 17 years old. Something would have to go wrong sooner or later. Good thing the house has good insulation. Plus, we have ceiling fans in every room. Although it's 90+ deg F outside, it's a dry 80 deg F inside (cooler where it's dark). With a fan overhead, it's still comfortable.

Oh well. The repair guy won't be here until tomorrow.

i used my Leatherman Squirt not so long ago for a PC build, specifically the screwdriver tool. Am really disappointed to find that there were dents on the tip of the screwdriver, after what i consider very light use.

i expected this from tiangge knockoffs, not from a Leatherman.

People who take their sweet time inside the car when they know that another car is waiting to take their parking slot! It is very inconsiderate. Once I am inside the car, I just get my phone, ticket, payment and drive off. I don't understand people who linger inside the car. It's not safe as well!

People who walk side by side effectively blocking the whole path! Wala na talaga consideration mga tao ngayon. Both happened to me in a 30 minute span!

The same goes for people who linger in the restaurant when they know that there are a lot of people waiting to get a table.

People who take their sweet time inside the car when they know that another car is waiting to take their parking slot! It is very inconsiderate. Once I am inside the car, I just get my phone, ticket, payment and drive off. I don't understand people who linger inside the car. It's not safe as well!

SM Hypermart or Supermarket, posting prices per 500mg (not 1Kg, which was the de facto weight standard or is it?)... [Yes, I know, f=ma]

DTI has to do something about this,- as they should standardize the price-post for all establishments so that people do not get confused.

IMO, this borders on fooling the buying public,- because let's admit it,- we normally do not look at the [price per] weight, just the price as we're used to the weight being 1Kg; Nor all of us understand the difference between 500mg vs. the usual 1Kg.... I'd say only 5%-10% of the buying public (not here in tsikot) know the difference.

I called the attention of the SM Store Manager about their practice a couple of weeks earlier, and so they changed to 1Kg the following week.

But then, this week,- they're back to using 500mg. I called their attention again,- and they said they're going to look into this....

Again,- DTI, IMO, should step in, as the Filipino consumers [including us] are being fooled by these scheming establishments....

Ako rin bwisit na bwisit sa ganyan! What I do blocked them and when they're finally ready to come out of the slot, I'll pretend for a couple of minutes na Hinde ko sila napansin.
