Re the freon ban on older cars...
what happens to the CFC gas when u have it replaced at the car aircon shop?
Where does the aircon shop dump the ozone-depleting CFC?
Do they just release it into the air?
Or do they store it in an air tank, process it and dispose of it in an ozone-friendly manner?
If they just release the CFC freon into the air, doesnt it defeat the purpose of protecting the ozone layer?
