Hehehe!

In all seriousness, they government will pay you an amount that is in accordance with the property taxes you are paying, with input from the assessor. That is why it is important to pay the right amount of property taxe, otherwise, your land could be grossly undervalued.

Don't expect a big financial windfall though. Way below the market price they will pay for the lot. You could check your amiliar (real estate tax) to see how much the lot is valued for.

Mind if we ask saan ito?

kung mababa ang declaration mo ng price ng property para mababa ang property tax, ito ang pinaka basis ng purchase price.

may effect din naman ang zoning prices. para rin kasi sa property tax ito.

Negotiable ba yung value ng property? Pano pala yung fence/wall? Babayaran din ba nila?

    Dito yan sa province namin.

Your situation is under the property law specifically the "law of eminent domain" where in the sovereign state has the power or rights to seize or take a private property for PUBLIC use without the owner's consent with condition upon PAYMENT of JUST COMPENSATION.

Tanong... mag kano ang ibabayad ng government (local or national govt)??
Anu ba yung term na "Just Compensation..

Just compensation is the fair value of the property as between one who receives, and one who desires to sell, fixed at the time of the actual taking by the government. This rule holds true when the property is taken before the filing of an expropriation suit, and even if it is the property owner who brings the action for compensation. The nature and character of the land at the time of its taking is the principal criterion for determining how much just compensation should be given to the landowner. In determining just compensation, all the facts as to the condition of the property and its surroundings, its improvements and capabilities, should be considered. (EPZA v. Dulay, G.R. No. 59603, April 29, 1987, 149 SCRA 305; NPC v. Dr. Antero Bongbong, et al., G.R. No. 164079, April 3, 2007).

OT: With that, magkano kaya ang gagastusin ng gobyerno para bilhin ang mga bahay at lupa sa Merville at iba pang katabing subdivisions para makagawa sila ng parallel runway sa NAIA?....

Talked to someone from the DPWH, there was a miscommunication. Around 4sqm or less lang pala ang kukunin. Corner lot kasi yung property and need palakihin yung turning corner ng road to accomodate large vehicles. Sabi kasi nung una 4m ang kukunin.

Aray... mukhang TY na aabutin nyan. If you're talking of the extension from Dau to Mabalacat matagal-tagal na yun.
