With the rapid infrastructure development, rising sea level and increasing garbage problems the causes drainage blocking, can a street that is always flooded when it rains become flood free in the future by improving the drainage system?
Can anyone give examples of streets previously flood prone that are not flooded anymore this rainy season?Signature
