Exactly! The CCTV helps establishments but still that doesn't protect citizens from the harm of criminals, which the police are supposed to be doing.

Yeah, bakit nga ba ganun yan mgs PNP natin, mas mabuti pa yun mga sikyu ng ortigas at fort area, puros six footer and mga walang tyan. Sa New York, putsa rerespetuhin mo mga pulis dun.
