Amen to that brother. Reckless ng mag-drive, mabantut pa yung iba.

My apologies to our lady tsikoteers, pero may mga magaling mag..."multi-tasking" na lady drivers.

Once, my wife and I were travelling along EDSA (Guadalupe) one traffic Monday morning. On our right, was a spanking brand new Honda Civic with one hot mama driving. What amused us that, while slowly steering the car through traffic (with her arms, no less). She was texting with one hand, while holding a lipstick (or was it a perfume bottle?) on the other. Kung biglang bumilis yung flow ng traffic, sigurado, matataranta yun.

While we admired her multi-tasking and ambidextrous capabilities, what she did was unsafe IMO.

the most skilled and yet the worst drivers in my opinion!

Tsk tsk tsk... siguro may date or meeting kaya nagpapaganda . One of the worst drivers are those buses in provincial routes, grabe parang kotse kung mag overtake on a two lane road! No wonder there are a lot of accidents in those areas, same with scooters jeeps and trikes. When will these people learn?

medyo tanga rin ang pinoy driver... kapag may emergency, swerve agad instead of braking...

Pinoys, "scariest" driver in the world? I don't buy that crap. Try and go to Saudi Arabia, and you'll see for yourself who's the worst driver in the world. Madalas, may makikita kang yung kaliwang kamay nasa cellphone, yung kanang kamay hawak yung manibela, kaya gigewang gewang kung paliko. Minsan, meron pang nagbabasa ng diyaryo habang nagmamaneho!

Kaya pag naaksidente sila, madalas patay ang sakay.

Iyung amo kung arabo dati, while driving his Jaguar, nakataas iyung isang paa sa upuan at iyung isang kamay nagku-kotkut ng kahoy sa ipin niya. Di ko alam kung matatawa ako or matatakot. a Cave man in a modern world.

When turning left or right, walang inner or outer lane. lahat liliko kahit saang galing na lane. During Red light, mag-right turn then u turn then right turn again para lang umiwas sa stop light.

May nagka-counter flow sa major road, iyung isang side ng gulong nasa gutter ng center island tapos iyung kabilang gulong nasa kalsada and driving on a normal speed.

Obviously, they don't belong to best driver category, but rather psychotic.

to add on this topic:I just talked to one of our neighbors whose husband is a truck driver in the States... He has the same observations. magaling daw sa diskarte ang Pinoy sa driving.. lalo na pag pumipina! hehehe

Personally, I try to observe Container Van Drivers when they drive (sa Pier sa South Harbor and sa Subic).. ang gagaling pumina!

BUt, I agree with the agree posts naman. when it comes to discipline... haay naku. never mind!

i have to disagree about indian drivers. they may seem reckless, but they have a system and actually some pretty obvious unwritten rules of the road. at least in india they do...dunno about those who live in the PI.

the scariest drivers i've seen are definitely the argentines and the italians.

Sa mga buses, the worst are (as far as I have observed):

    1. Don Mariano transit
    2. MALTC (marikina auto line)
    3. Santras at SSC (iisa lang may-ari nito)
    4. The mini-buses plying the Sapang Palay route
    5. PasVil (byaheng Novaliches)
