what is that thin needle under wing, and that fat cigar under the wing?

Electronics, electronic countermeasures, jammers...... They fly in low and fast over the No-Fly Zones. They're not supposed to get fired at. But, if they get fired at by AAA and SAM missile radars try to lock em up, then they boogie out of there and the NATO bombers come in with some payback.

The big cylinders are external fuel tanks. Oh. The Jaguar's main role in the region is photo-recon. I'm not sure if the camera suite is located in the nose or at the center-line stores.
