May pinaship ako from US via USPS with tracking number. Nasa customs clearance pa rin since Feb 14.

Bro, puntahan mo na post office mo. Malamang matagal yung postal notice dilating sayo. Chances are andun na yun sa post office, sa log book titingnan. Dun rin yan bubuksan ng customs examiner.

Ask the sender to underdeclare it, usually they'll oblige unless the parcel is insured and of value. As for the PayPal reciept, since the PO has no way of confirming it...

Some vendors agree to under declare it, some dont. What I hate is the requirement to bring the Paypal receipt. The post office people taught me how to haggle with the examiner, kaya lang yung current examiner napaka strict, ayoko subukan.

Tax assessment ngayon ginagawa sa CMEC Pasay at nakadikit na yung resibo sa package. Di na pwede tumawad sa post office at all. Best is to use those shipping companies that offer ocean mail, malaki ang difference sa savings compared to air delivery.

Walang problema phimpost as long as below 10k yun item mo. Mabilis din mag claim tsaka pwede mo na rin track pag dumating na dito

If ever kapag credit card payment pwede ba parefund sa credit card company in case of non-delivery? Or nawala sa philpost?
