    capabale pala tayong gumawa ng ganyan, bakit hindi noon pa nag produce ng marami?
    alam naman na napaka lawak ng dagat na kailangan bantayan.

    same thing with guns....maraming magagaling gumawa sa cebu.
    magpa design at magpagawa tayo don.
    mas mura na, nakakatulong pa tayo sa phil. business.

    para naman may pag mamalaki din tayong gawang pinoy na armaments ;)

    baket mag po-produce ng marami tatlo lang nga ang order ng gobyerno

    kung ikaw ang Propmech gagawa ka ba ng 300 or 3000 units kung 3 lang ang kinontrata sayo?

    i'm sure alam ni gobyerno yan. alam ng gobyerno madaming boats kailangan. problema yung pambili ng madaming boats

    ang problema, sa iba napupunta yung pera! krudo at gasolina na nga lang kinukuratok pa!
    yung mga sundalo, pati uniform at mga bala nila, binibili na nila ng sarili nilang pera.

    Napansin ko lang, correct na lang if mali, shopping-spree ang AFP sa term ni Pnoy unlike sa 9 years ni GMA?

    kahit ano naman kaya gawin ng pinoy basta may pondo

    kung nag bidding ang gobyerno para sa isang aircraft carrier i'm sure madaming sasali sa bidding kahit wala experience gumawa ng aircraft carrier

    pera pera lang yan

    MPAC actually started under GMA's admin. The AFP also got lots of new Kia trucks and Humvee equivalents during her term. The Sokol contract was signed during her administration but scheduled for delivery this year. The MRV I posted a while back was funded for 3 years. The last tranche was deposited this year hence the contract signing in July.

    The AFP has an upgrade plan. It's the admin's duty to fund it. The current administration is leveraging the income we got from Malampaya among other sources of income. China helped a lot by occupying Scarborough
