MANILA, Philippines – A passenger bus fell off the Skyway Tuesday morning, police said.

Inspector Jenny Tecson, Southern Police District spokeswoman, said their men rushed to the area after receiving information about the accident.

No other details are available as of posting time.
Aren't the railings supposed to be sturdy enough? Dapat di yan bibigay kahit high impact.

There were already several incidents of vehicles falling off the skyway (i recall the armored car and a Fortuner). Definitely something wrong with the barrier design.

Let it be a reminder to all bus drivers out there that they are mortal.

Akala siguro napaka taas ng grip ng truck & bus tires sa high speed wet road

    V-rated tires pa ata yan

Looks like the bus exited over the barrier on the left, note the missing metal railings. It fell nose first, buti it didn't turn turtle...

    Nawalan ng preno?

Strong crosswinds daw... na-cut siya ng Crosswind? na-side swipe siya ng Crosswind?

I get this general sentiment that not too many people feel for the bus driver.
