    (GMA NEWS NETWORK)
    Bus Conductor claims that they were not speeding, before the accident there was a sudden heavy down pour and strong crosswinds on the Skyway forcing the bus to fall of the side of the elevated road way...

    Looks like the bus exited over the barrier on the left, note the missing metal railings. It fell nose first, buti it didn't turn turtle...

    Strong crosswinds daw... na-cut siya ng Crosswind? na-side swipe siya ng Crosswind?

    I get this general sentiment that not too many people feel for the bus driver.

Passenger bus falls off Skyway
