anak ng tipaklong... 590/ hour.. di kaya alog na utak mo nyan.
jump rope di ko kaya ng isang oras. treadmill na lang. ;)

ok yan...mahirap talaga magbilang sa jump rope dahil sa bilis...especially if you're in the hundreds
