mukhang ok naman mga required docs nung threadstarter. may pirma sa open deed of sale, may copy ng ID, nasa kanya ang orig OR at CR. you can go thru the normal process of ownership transfer, pero syempre kelangan mo muna pa-notarized yong deed of sale, at do the transfer as soon as you can. you don't need to resort to extra-curricular activities of the LTO guys for this case :D
