Internet cafes are a big gamble. Unless you're the first or the best in an area, ROI is very VERY slow. Plus you continuously have to reinvest in upgrading or repairing computer units (the long hours of most cafes is murder on equipment).
I know a lot of operators who didn't last more than one year. Competition is fierce, especially around schools.

Pawnshop is a good one nowadays but again you have to plan on how to dispose those pawned jewelries.

bambie, business namin is auto supply.replacement parts.we have 3 shops...2 here in manila and one in zambalez.
we dont really "franchise" but we helped several people na to have their own shops by getting parts from us muna to start.
one more thing na masusuggest ko pero mejo tiyaga lang din is buy and sell ng kotse.pero mejo stiff ang competition dito.but if you earn like 20k a month sa dalawang kotse lang..,not bad at all.
