Suwerte.Originally Posted by mbt
Internet cafes are a big gamble. Unless you're the first or the best in an area, ROI is very VERY slow. Plus you continuously have to reinvest in upgrading or repairing computer units (the long hours of most cafes is murder on equipment).
I know a lot of operators who didn't last more than one year. Competition is fierce, especially around schools.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Pawnshop is a good one nowadays but again you have to plan on how to dispose those pawned jewelries.
bambie, business namin is auto supply.replacement parts.we have 3 shops...2 here in manila and one in zambalez.
we dont really "franchise" but we helped several people na to have their own shops by getting parts from us muna to start.
one more thing na masusuggest ko pero mejo tiyaga lang din is buy and sell ng kotse.pero mejo stiff ang competition dito.but if you earn like 20k a month sa dalawang kotse lang..,not bad at all.
Whore house, paniguradong patok.

Originally Posted by Karding

*pinay_fickle_minded: uy don't forget to shortlist yung suhestiyon kong smokey's hotdog bar/stand. mura lang franchise tapos ang lakas pa ng internal rate of return. may acquaintance ako na kumikita ng net 30K+ a month diyan (pero siyempre sa mall ang location niya kaya ang lakas ng kita). he's retired already and was able to put up 3 bars/stands and all he does is iniikot ang tatlong branches niya (1 in a hospital and 2 in malls). sabi niya kung maaga-aga lang niya naisip ito, mas maaga na daw siya nag-retire.
building-style na studio-type apartment for rent. target the middle-income group. mahal kasi sa condo kaya limited market. pero kung mga tipong 4T to 5T lang rent monthly mas kikita siguro. of course, good location is a must.
ako medyo interesado a import/export. if i were in your shoes, i' think about asking people from RP/HK kung me pabili sila in your trips. from there you'd get an idea kung anong mabenta, at kung me market/volume.
OK ang passive income businesses like real estate rental dahil di to dependent sa sales. Although ROI takes a long time, it is a much stable investment for the long term that you can literally sit back on when you don't work anymore.
pinay, with regards to your question, Yes ok pa rin magbusiness sa pilipinas......there will always be opportunities in both Up AND Down economy.
if i would not be migrating in a few months, i would have chosen a food services business or a restaurant business
ok ang real estate rental but the problem with residential rental properties in most parts of metro manila is the difficulty of raising rental rates especially for long term tenants.....minsan pa nga binababa na lang namin ang renta dahil mas lugi naman kami pag vacant it.....commercial real estate tends to perform better

Magandang business din ang Metro Manila condo rental for OFW
para sa mga OFW na tiga probinsya na uuwi ng pinas, karamihan kasi sa kanila eh nag ho hotel pag dating ng pinas stay sa metro ng 2 days to one week. and another 1 day to one week stay sa manila bago sila umalis ng pinas. I knew someone na nag rent ng condo sa Sta Mesa for a month lang fully furnished sya siyempre.
Di pa laspag ang Condo mo
mura ba toys sa japan?
why not buy toys n sell them here.
pero parang sideline lang ito and not business talaga
kung me kilala ka sa makati city hall, kuha ka permit to operate a jollijeep. each jollijeep earns 9k a day, minus 2k expenses. pag bad day, they earn 7k a day. tubo pa rin ng 5k. kelangan lang matyaga ka mamalengke hehe
ano yung jollijeep?
