Are Oakley sunglasses worth the cost?

Kung talagang me pambili ka naman ng Oakley at talagang trip mo ay bakit naman hindi ka bibili. I have an Oakley pero hindi sya binili, gift lang sakin ng brother ko.

very well worth it ang oakley sunglasses kung nag-sun bathing under a hot sun even if there's a beach umbrella in the middle. even with eyes closed, kaya sirain ng araw ang mata mo. I noticed this last year in bora, gamit ko yun tig P100 ng shades na nabili ko dun. sumakit ang mata ko kahit under the umbrella, pero nun next day hiniram ko oakley ng kasama ko, wala ako naramdaman.

i used to love Oakley when they just startup company. I bought a frogskin for $25.00, now the cheapest that I can find is around $89.00. I switch to Native Eyewear, and then them too are getting expensive. Now I'm looking at buying either Smith or Fossil, maybe just go back to American Optical.

I've got 2 oakleys, one is a prescription glass (yung nagbabago kulay ng glass kapag maliwanag), the other one I'm using when I have a contact lens...

I've got an Armani prescription glass (nagbabago rin kulay ng lens) and a couple of ray-bans....well na-arbor na yung isa.....herherherehr

tsaka pala tommy hillfiger na shades at polo sports sunglasses...

dami ko ng naging shades/glass and I am very satisfied sa Ray Bans and recently...sa Oakley.... ganda rin nung Armani, specially the titanium frame....but I dont like their lenses though....

Oakleys are okay for looking good in the city, but when it comes to serious work,I use my pair of Wiley X. I was inspecting our rock crusher once when fragments of rock spewed out from the bin, if not for my Wileys, baka bulag na ako ngayon. And not a single scratch on it.

Its the most popular brand being used by US soldiers in Iraq. Stops bomb fragments cold.

worth it! got a penny 2 years ago for 18k ngaun nagulat ako kasi almost 22k na brand new. sino may gusto penny? secondhand, slightly-used for 20k? jk! got oakley prescription din. choptop 2.0 model. ok din to. photochromic lens pinakabit ko. kapag maaraw nagdadarken lens. :D

i used to have a juliet and sold it. not worth the money. got a pair of rudy project rydons and extra lenses of my choice and never did turn back. broke my frame and they replaced it.

if i want to replace the lens i just bring it to the authorized dealer and pay 800 and i get a newpair of lens.

yup, ganito nga rudy project. gumamit din ako RP tretoky for prescription lens. libre palit kapg nasira mo. naputol ko kasi dati yung frame, pinalitan nila FREE.

worth it... un lang... got 6 & 1 prescription pero walang grado hehe! :D juliet ko almost 4 years na yata ok pa din...quality plus a little TLC. :D

i honestly dont think theyr worth it.. seriously 18k??
i love shades.. but i rather buy a pair for 5k every year then keep one for four years...
right now i have armani sunglasses.. which are pretty good and
just recently got spyder sunglasses which look good and cheap.. worth every penny.
