totoo to... dapat talaga kasi di muna sila nagrelease ng results...

some facts about the issue:
1. as early as june 13, the day after the board exam, a manuscript containing the questions in tests 3 & 5 were already given to BON members and PRC to tell them that a leakage has happened, what did they do, they still said to the media that there was no "glaring" leakage...

2. before the PRC released the results, ADPCN (Assoc. of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing) already talked to the chair and officers not to release the result until the investigation is over because surely "chaos" will happen, what did they do, they still went on and released the board results...

3. a TRO was ordered to hold the Aug. 22 oath-taking until further notice, what did they do again, they fast-tracked the oath taking as early as Aug. 17 & 18 texting and calling every nurse who passed the recent board exam to take their oath at the PRC auditorium or to any official granted authority to give the oath... Lastly...

4. the congress was giving the PRC a budget to fund the exam for the retake and some private groups are even offering their financial support for the students not to pay any amount in case of a retake, but lastly, what did they do, they turned it down and said that their decision is final...

just my thoughts... why is it that PRC is neglecting all the offers and suggestions being given to them? are they hiding something in which they are afraid to come out in the open public?

these are just my sentiments being a concerned citizen...
