Why is it that all the dramatic miracles mentioned in the Bible (parting of the Red Sea, Noah's flood, burning bush, talking mountain, etc.) only took place within the Bible's pages? Why aren't they taking place today or when exactly did these miracles stop?

Could it be that all these miracles in the Bible were meant to be taken "symbolically" as well?
