Hindi ba Dingel fan-boy si j___?

Pero ayaw na magpost dito eh. Naghahanap ng pera siguro -- merong kailangang i-"Bail-Out"

Despite the news, there are still those who are clinging to their "faith" that Dingel is for real. From another site: Any one knows Daniel Dingel? forgotten inventor nga ba sya?

^^ There ARE hydrogen-powered cars. Unfortunately sir, the infrastructure with which to cost-effectively separate hydrogen from water doesn't exist... yet. don't believe everything you read on the internet.

The "hydrogen powered car" as D.D. wants to envision is a car which makes it's own hydrogen gas while it runs and uses that same hydrogen gas in an internal combustion engine for both propulsion and power generation for more hydrogen gas. That is a load of bull.

Exactly. It was clearly pointed out on the article I found...(not that one by D.D.)
Btw, sir. Can you also share your views regarding this "Run your Car on Water!" thread??

Personally I do not think the current methods of generating "HHO" gas and using it is efficient enough to get over the problems of "efficiency".

Example, in a typical HHO setup:
    1. HHO cells convert electric power & water to HHO gas
    2. HHO gas is burned in engine, converted to mechanical power
    3. mechanical power converted to electrical power
    4. cycle repeats

Assuming an efficiency of 30% at each "energy conversion" stage of the processes, for every 100 watts of power used at the start will only result in 2.7 watts regenerated for the beginning of the next cycle. That leaves 97.3 watts that has to come from somewhere. That 97.3 watt shortfall comes from the fuel burned by the engine.
