Its a hoax, he cant even build a prototype even na may budget na sya

If he really has an invention for the world to benefit, he had enough time starting back in the 1960s up to the present to show it. IMHO, he is a fraud.

i learned about the "invention" when abs-cbn featured him...never heard of him and his invention since then...until TS posted about his conviction. i believe he'll be a free man...at 82, this serves to mitigate his criminal liability. likewise, at 82, death is nearing its certainty...the length of time that his appeal be subject for study...or he should have interposed the defense of clinical dementia...this exempts him...

LESSON: don't ever enter into contacts with...ayoko lang baka may magalit.
