    Watsons in the Philippines is owned by Hutchison's Whampoa of HK and a subsidiary of SM. AFAIK, SM is not the controlling interest so it can't dictate what goes on Watsons shelves.

    The same arrangement is with Ace Hardware which is owned by Ace Hardware Corporation of Illinois, USA.
