Here comes the relatives of Ivan Padilla complaining that the guy was still alive after he was taken from his stolen car and was still able to talk to his relatives on a celfone call on his way to the hospital and arrives dead at the hospital.

Given that the guy suffered gun shots during the shoot-out before the arrest, it might be logical he died from internal bleeding.
