that's not fair..
they may ask you to shoulder the cost, if your house is in the middle of nowhere, where they do not have a current line.
meralco periodically upgrades its transformers, to make up for increasing customer demand. you should not be asked to pay for the upgrade. baka naman sinasabi lang nila ito, dahil baka may kumagat..
anyway, when you find out just how much ia poste and a transformer cost, baka mahimatay ka!
