    Yup. I agree that we need one, but the method of implementation is questionable---especially those who are tasked to implement it.

    If the PNP believe that they can trace the whereabouts of criminals when they require the use of the National ID in all transactions, this can be easily circumvented by employing dummies or representatives. Better yet, the cards could be used to mislead authorities about the whereabouts of criminals.

    Siguro pakita nila muna how it'll work so that the public will understand why the times call for it.

    tama ba yong sinabi ko?! ah basta, something like that.

    Come to think of it, Pinas doesnt really need that ID. Halughugin lang ang PNP and Armed Forces, solve na ang problem. Then implement the ID kapag 'medyo' malinis na ang Gov't.
