Except if it's a buffet meal, I prefer single ulam lang, or at most two dishes. Except also if those dishes matches or enhances each others' taste.

not paleo but i was thinking LCHF. i thought there is some room for nuts in LCHF because of its fat content.

i count my macros so i read labels naturally but i dont restrict myself to what i can eat. if i have to eat because a client order a pork knuckles or sisig, just like almost all things, i just eat in moderation.

since we are at label checking... skippy... i think there is hydrogenated oil somewhere there.

pag buffet ok lang. pinipili ko.
kung nasa hapag, hindi.... i prefer at most two dishes only.... yung isa either prito o inihaw, yung isa may sabaw.

Depends. Lately when i have the time, i tend to order a lot of ulam in small portions. Pag me hinahabol na trabaho, kahit kanin lang ok na.

Depende rin sa ulam; i tend to look for meat/fish, pag gulay or lamang loob lang, parang bitin.

Sa akin di ko masyadong makain ang sushi/sahimi na walang wasabe. Sarap yung feeling na parang may umaakyat sa ulo hehehe

As long as in moderation, i just eat some to ease the cravings of something sweet.
