    For example, sa buffet or parties, nalalasahan nyo pa ba? Pano kung may peyborit ka dun, say lechin de leche. Naiinis ka ba kasi di ka makkain ng madami

    Cath, for example Spam + isang badehado Kanin, then bigla may mag-uuwi ng bbq, dba nakakainis coz spam with rice is so addicting , then tapos kakain ka ng manamis namis na bbq

    When it comes to food in handaans, i prefer quality over variety/quantity. As long as there is rice, im set!

    Dinning in hotel buffets though requires strategy to make the most of what you paid for. In this case, i avoid the starch and fill up on proteins :D

    Last night i was in a handaan where there are servers in every chaffing dish para i-portion ang meal. I hate those cos i prefer to get as much or as little as i want. Although of course i can just ask nicely, but still. And i understand that they have to make sure there is enough for every one. I asked for bond paper size crispy balat at the lechon station. SARAP!!

    of course!! the more the merrier. pero di na ko kakain ng rice, pansit, meat o anything na mabigat sa tyan kundi mga light food lang vegi, fish, sea foods etc...

    Hindi talaga ako mahilig sa rice. Normally I only eat 1/4 to 1/2 cup rice a day. Sa dessert ako malakas kumain

    Pag buffet ang strategy ko, kainin ko lang yung mga pagkain na hindi naman masyado niluluto sa bahay.

    I dont eat any bread, rice, pasta, simple sugars, anything with glucose or carbs for 2 weeks, then i refeed on the 14th night, then start all over again.

    Amazing discipline. I could easily quit rice, bread and pasta but I can't go a day without sweets :cry:
