Also, what's the relation of being a car enthusiast to owning a car and all the hassle associated with its maintenance? Even people who aren't passionate about cars can still own cars and will still have to deal with a car's wear and tear.
If they're not connected, then remove the "If so," phrase from the question.
Regarding your categorization of household income, you might want to revise your numbers. Do you seriously think that people who belong to households with a total income of less than 10k would own cars?

Q no. 6 is limited. if the car manufacturer is not on the choice, and you filled up the 'other' box, you cannot go on with the survey cause the message that appears requires you to mark any of the tick box. siguro add as many choices.
Q no. 3 on the part 2 of the survey is tricky. if the answer is no on the previous Q, then you are not required to answer this, but again, you're back to square one. you are forced to fill it up just to get over the survey. maybe delete the phrase "if so" para hypothetical na lang.
