If not, kulong and/or multa sila.

Compared to other progressive countries with more disciplined people, when they cross the street, they do so in a brisk pace even on a ped xing. Mas lalo na kapag when they "jaywalk", mabilis ang pace nila and maghihintay sila talaga when it's absolutely clear before they go out on the street.
Businahan mo sila pa magagalit, tapos mga maaarteng babae in the group will do a "Aaaaay!" kasi nagulat na may kotse because they weren't paying attention while crossing the street.
Let's not even mention those that do "over the bakod" stunts on major roads.

Our traffic laws should be revised in such a way that it is based on the phrase "Sino ang nasa tamang lugar sa tamang oras"

And I'm normally the sort of person who would stop to let people pass kapag may nakahintay sa tamang pedestrian lane.

Also, what's with people these days? Bingi na ba talaga mga tao ngayon?
I put to practice kasi on a tight road tapos may taong naglalakad na naka-talikod eh I honk my horn. Meron naman bangketa, pero ayaw nila gamitin. So binubusinahan ko nalang sila, but when I do.. ala. Di man lang nag-one step to the right. And when they do, sila pa galit.
Meron nga one instance, hindi talaga tumabi yung kumag. So I just accelerated... ayun tumama side mirror ko sa elbow niya. :bwahaha:

This is the reason why I like to install really LOUD air-horns on my cars. Nothing like sounding like a barreling truck/bus to get them to move a lot faster across the road.

June 6th, 2012 12:42 PM #19Hindi rin umuubra busina sa akin.
What I do is I go high-beam their asses and hope that the heat from the headlight catches their attention. Most often, napapansin naman nila high beam ko and they step aside (or go to the sidewalk). But this works only during the night. Pag daytime, wala talaga.
Is it possible to install a really low frequency horn that ain't really loud but will make the base of their spines vibrate?

You can install pretty much anything on a car BUT will it be practical?... ultra-low frequency horns/speaker would be physically bigger and will not anymore fit in the front area of the car. Not to mention the power of the sound drops of quickly from the source until you are using mono-directional sound emitters like what is used by the US military for their non-lethal weapons systems.
It is still more painful to the ears to have a high frequency horn.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
