January 25th, 2013 07:44 AM #1Hi Guys,
Just want to ask if using metal furring and hardiflex board as ceiling inside the house is cheaper than using good lumber and plywood?

January 25th, 2013 09:54 AM #3I would definitely recommend Hardiflex with metal furring over the lumber and plywood as they are fire ratardant, more durable (specially if installed correctly and reinforced), water resistant and termite free! It has also been widely used in the commercial industry.
