Heard about used oil pero medyo messy nga, nevertheless, i'll try it as a last resort if others fail. Lam ko yung injection from vet is only good for 3 months. Thanks thanks......

natry ko na yung frontline and asuntol soap by bayer. ok sya pareho. pero mahirap nga abutin yung mga nasa loob ng tenga kasi hindi pwedeng mabasa dun. so best yung spot on kasi sa blood stream ang daloy ng lason para sa garapata. another option would to feed him/her some garlic para mangamoy bawang ang aso mo. ayaw ng mga garapata ng amoy nun.

+1 ako jan sa kakawate or madre de cacao (different from the cacao plant which is the source of chocolate)

nung highscholl kami yan ang project namin pero sa ibang insekto ginamit at epektib.

ang gawin mo, kuha ka ng ng balde tapos lagyan mo ng tubig tapos durugin mo yung dahon ng kakawate dun sa tubig para makuha ang katas. alisin ang mga dahon sa tubig. paliguan ang aso at yung kakawate extract ang ipang-banlaw. ok din sa pulgas.

tapos, lagyan din ng treatment yung lugar kung san naglalagi yung aso mo para sure todas din yung mga itlog ng garapata.

suggestion ko din ng manually alisin yung ga-pasas na laki ng garapata bago gawin ang nasa itaas.

try mo muna tangalan ng kuto. pag wala na, lagyan mo dog powder. after 2 days saka mo sir paliguan. then hayaan mo lang for 5 mins yung sabon, saka mo banlawan.

sakin kasi ganun lang ginagawa ko. matagal bago magkaron garapata uli.

I'm using Frontline Plus sa dog ko na ang daming garapata, once ma apply mo siya patay at hulog lahat ng kuto after a few hours.

Bought Frontline from one pet store in Tiendesitas. Forgot which one. Ikot ka lang tabi tabi ang pet stores doon. Around 300 pesos for a vial IIRC. Really effective. Ubos ang garapata at di na bumalik kahit ilang buwan na.

Go for Frontline Spot-On or Frontline Plus. I would not recommend using "Used Oil from Gasoline Stations or kerosene" because it's too harsh for a dog's skin and it causes nausea and diarrhea to some dogs..

Ticks and Fleas can paralyze your dog if there is too much infestation specially in the ears because they produce a certain fluid that travels thru the bloodstream and then to the brain causing them to get paralyzed, blinded and die..
