    total lot area is 83sqm (8 x 10)

    floor area 1st floor siguro mga 40sqm
    floor area 2nd floor siguro mga 60sqm

    some people say na, 15k per sqm is the right computation..am not sure how..

    base on the list that i have, is that enough?
