kahapon nagsimba kami sa Antipolo tapos breakfast tapos ayaw pa nila umuwi.. magpapalamig daw sa mall.. so we went to Robinsons Antipolo.. kakaiba yung Robinsons don.. pag pasok mo Food Court agad.. tapos parang warehouse type sya.. so ang init din.. ang daming tao.. pati grocery ang haba nang pila..

maganda lang.. free parking.. pero bilad sa araw.. walang basement parking..

surprisingly walang tao sa Starbucks and CBTL.. so don kami nagpalamig.. hehehe

grabe na din trapik sa Antipolo.. dami kasi tricycle..

Went to robinson's yesterday and saw a lot of people still lining up at randy's it is just located near the mall entrance giant christmas tree.

i must apologize.
i did not notice, as my eyes were glued to the full-size products in the forecourt, that i did not notice the denizens lurking about in the less-illuminated back court.

Lmao low-key SM Fairview do be like this. Still remember iisa lang ang building ni SM around 2004 or sum then may fountain pa sa Rob Nova. Now, may 2 Annex buildings, may Parkway, may buildings for BPOs and NU Fairview, may open parking and parking building ��

nang-galing ako sa sm farview ngayon. Its not anymore far kasi no traffic as in dire-direcho kaya 15minutes from timog. PEro pag may stoplight = 45minutes. Pauwi napakasisiw at 9pm ang bilis 15minutes nga to timog. Ay correction pag papunta from timog eh mga 30minutes dahil sa stoplight na dalawa or tatlo. Pauwi ang napakadali.

ang masasabi ko eh ito sm fairview eh time travel mall back to 1990s to early 2000 parang sm north edsa. Mga tindahan na patok dati nabubuhay dito. Ang ganda ng vibe maayos negosyo. Crowd mga probinsyano look konti mapoporma baka mga taga camarin caloocan or san jose delmonte bulacan. Napansin ko ako na pinakapuhgee dito no match.

and nagstand-out dito walang highrise sobrang aliwalas natuwa ako. I like yung village na medyo malayo sa lrt ang tahimik. Ang ahyaw ko yung fairview commonwealht lrt area na hinid maka-uturn because of the mrt.

chineck ko yung area ng fairview kung saan ko makukuha moneys worth to buy a land. Ideally kahit may old house na livable.

Ganito kasi yan. Ang nagusutuahn ko yung pagtawid ng lrt ng commnowealth meaning yung straight so hinid sa regalaado avenue. The vibe after lrt is coongressional avenue like wide roads. Maayos yung area near sm fairview na village so kasali jan mindanao avenue but near sm dapat. But the price here is mataas na. So ano gagawin ko = check price north caloocan na 10 to 20 minutes ang layo and the price drop.

Kasi jan ko makkikita kung stable ba presyo. Example dito trueQc from erod, banawe, sta mesa manila, san juan eh hindi nagkakalayo yan 3 different cities na 10 to 20minutes travel time (depends where you are here) pero stable price. Syempre hinid ko isasaili new manila dahil iba presyo naman especial.

alam nyo ba ang consumo ko sa gasolina roundtrip sa fairview eh napakatipid dahil wala traffic pag sunday lalo pauwi. Same lang kung mag antipolo ako dahil syempre daan ka pa aurora boulevard /kamias na madami stoplight.

and ano pinaka natuwa ako = WALA HIGHRISE. Ganyan ang buhay dapat hindi naiimpede ang view ng ulap. Just maintain this kind na may limit dapat eh napakasarap manirahan jan.

Saan ko ikukumpara yung layo ng fairview eh paranaque na nakaka-ahwa. As in kawawa nakatira jan hangang ngayon wala pa din train system kasi hinawakan ng mafia tollroad. Kaya ano yung joke sa alabang eh travel to hell.

so what im trying to point out = mga taga south you pay more and you dont get your moneys worth.

have you made any real calculations on real, actual purchases, vis a vis actual transportation costs?

my wild guess is,
if you are not going to buy a store's worth of the items, then the actual savings might not be worth the effort.
