I know a few people working sa Double Dragon who parks their cars sa Ayala Manila Bay.

Flat rate sila pareho ng MOA.
Ayala is only 300meters farther (walking).

Pero after office, mas ma-traffic to exit MOA compared to Ayala.

i have experienced falling in line for 30-45 minutes, just to exit moa parking.
i now park under smx, even as the rates are hideously expensively. practically no pila papasok or pa-labas, as long as there is no activity at smx.
i am told there are parking facilities in SM ka-hilera ng Simbahan, but i haven't tried it. masyadong malayo.

Pero NU Parking is also used by the restaurants in the area. Its also used by Microtel as guest parking (they reimburse your parking fees upon check-out)

I also use the NU parking when going to S-Maison (di ko mahanap hanap entrance ng parking nya)

how's conrad hotel parking?
dati-rati, it charged SM parking fee only, 40 bucks. at may bakante lagi.

I thought the Ayala conglomerate was developing ATC into something modern because the nearby festival mall has been busy expanding, refurbishing , and retooling their amenities for the past several years now.
