The buildings on Arnaiz avenue on the side of San Lo are under the deed of restrictions of San Lo.

Thats why the buildings on that side are lower because there is a height limit (18m I think, been a while).

Meanwhile on the other side: Trag and Beacon are 30+ floors

Nung panahon ko ang happening place nagiiba iba kasi once it gets too popular pangit na. Before it was Makati then Malate then The Fort. It's the same crowd lang naman. Malate used to be so hip back then hindi na nila nabalik yung dati. Nakaka drive din ako ng QC in the 90s but only in Katipunan.

Yung alam ko lang na gimikan sa manila yung nababalitansa news… yung embassy bar?

Kaya madami din nag rerebrand ng bar kahit same owners… dahil malalaos din…

the 1st 1 Trillion peso company (SM/BDO) in the PH that has the biggest MALL in ASIA (before) and the biggest IKEA in the world (now) does not have a mass transport system

went there yesterday, no social distancing, parking at ikea is by the hour (1st 3 hours P50, P10 succeeding) so i suggest kung wala pa naman bibilin malaki item is mag park na lang sa non-ikea bldg para fixed rate P50

8pm ako dumating expecting na 9pm.. Tataka nga ako bakit sarado fishermall. Pag tanaw ko pintuan mall eh close!!!! Two nights na daw hangang 7pm lang.

Kahit anong mall puntahan ko these days, dali humanap ng parking. Malls are empty, kawawa mga saleslady parang excited na excited makakita ng customer. More salesmen than customers especially sa Cyberzone.

The place where I play badminton, usually puno ng car club na nagEB and photoshoot. Past 2 weeks walang kalaman laman yung parking kahit weekend.
