nagiging bolahan pag hindi nangyayari yugn desired results. Eh si glorietta may major construction daw jan kasi nga napag-iwanan sa pasosy mode of the late 90s. Eh pag pasosy kasi panandaliang-aliw does not last.

look at the fashion hall ni megamall. Hindi naman sosy vibe but the wide stair entrance ang nagdala kaya biglang nagbooooom. Madali pa magshopping hinid ka hihiluhin. Eh kay ayala sa parking pa lang ngarag-hilo ka na. So direcho kain muna sa food choices para mahimasmasan macompose sa dinaanan gera.

and meron ako ayaw kay sm yung supermarket na presyong 7-11 and their condo-making na overcrowded.

we all have our biases but I can definetely defend may pangookray.

Wag mong kakalimutan na isa sa oldest SM andito sa Makati, bago pa ata ako pinanganak andyan na yan and its within Ayala Center. I don't go there though except for ace hardware. Not gonna give business to SM na mandaraya kulang magsukli tapos lakas mang ipit ng suppliers at renters, employees kinukuripot, lahat ng unethical na gawin parang same business model as Walmart

You can't argue na Ayala companies are goals in the corporate world. They give good benefits and high salary to employees at bawal pangit hahaha. Even crush tells me may positions sa Ayala they require schooling from abroad. Yan ang Ayala may ethics. Sa school nga namin mga profs ko parati example SM sa bad business practice. I don't want to drop names one owns a well known restaurant na household name kulang na lang murahin SM HAHAHA

Also I wouldn't want to go to a crowded mall, that's precisely why I prefer greenbelt and central square dahil hindi matao. Kung hindi kumikita yan bakit 40+ yrs na ang ayala center?

ayala- year2020 na puro paupa lang hahahaha walang future.
So hinid mo pa malalaman kung matino si ayala sa larangan ng barya-barya sukli. Eh si puregold nga mandurugas din sa suklian. Halos majority ng supermarket like fisher supemarket tamad sa suklian ng coins. Only hitop the original 1st na matino and 2nd landmark na matino. Si hitop meron 5centavos and 10centavos yan. Ang ayaw ko kay hitop maiksi skirt ng kahera. Eh meron morena doon na haba-legs. Wala naman ako plano tingnan pero nakakadistract talaga pag bayaran na.

I would rather listen to people from the academe and business with experiences dealing with SM and Ayala than someone who just relies on observation and "eyes and ears" from other people. I'm not gonna waste bandwidth anymore responding to theories.

Sa Metro Gaisano supermarket kami pero they too ask to do balance inquiry muna sa terminal nila. I think it's to make sure na online ang machine and the bank para maiwasan ang double charge. Mas matagal ang process pag nag fail ang transaction and the cashier would ask you to inquire muna your account on your smartphone or online or worse sa atm to make sure na hindi ka ma double charge.

When they ask to check balance, that is a P15 bank charge right away. I always decline but apparently, the cashiers don’t know of this fact. I stopped using my atm because of this. I use my credit card instead.

Most likely. It’s like using another banks atm machine, there’s the inter connection fee. I used my BPI atm card & proved the charges after in BPI online.
