Just came back from mall earlier virtually no people even in the department store you can see all the red tag eveything is on sale but there is no customers.

In moa... shops are open but no people. Some restaurants are open but for take away only. So if you are tenant basically you are operating at a loss. I went to watsons and bought those items on sale buy 1 take 1 in a normal day those items easily sell out of inventory.

I heard that with SM, instead of paying rent, they just get a percentage (5%? 10%?) of your sales during this pandemic. But then you still have the salaries of your employees that man the stores.

The usual nivea products like deoderant, facial wash, body wash, oral B mouth wash etc.... all buy 1 take 1 but havent noticed gillette mach 5 on sale.

Every day ganyan diyan pati weekdays. Much more convenient (and usually cheaper) to just buy online. But maybe some people want to see the physical product first.
