    Too much SMs. Sa Sucat pa lang 2 na ang SM. Yung façade papasok ng BF sinira ng SM, ganda ganda na ng McDo which is iconic already, tapos giniba!

    It adds value to the properties surrounding SM..now the assesment value of dona soledad is 50k per square...i dont want to speculate on the actual value..

    yes tutoo to. mayroon kami liit lot property sa subdivision tipong 200sqm pag labas ng guard house SM Mall na, naging x5 na ang worth ng property ng family. parang since 1980s pa yun, at 2 times pa lang ako napunta dun, tapos dahil sa SM naging ganun.

    tapos meron naman friend ko, may commercial unit sya liit lang, tinabihan ng SM Savemore, wow sabi nya 2M nya nabile noon kasi paradahan lang ng tricycle ngaun may offer sya 15M Wow!

    There was this small property where Molito Alabang stands now that was sold for a big amount. That small parcel of land was granted by the Madrigals to one of their farm workers right before Alabang started its development.

    yun mga ganyan tumaas value eh maganda lang pag hindi ka jan nakatira at ibebenta mo.

    Pero if yung tirahan nyo peaceful tapos tatabihan ng mall or condo eh bwisit yun. Kaya yung matitinong village eh sinusugod barangay kung may napapabalita ganyan.
