Eto pa soon to open and soon to rise malls.
- Feliz Ayala mall Pasig
- Uptown Palazzo, Uptown Bgc
- Big Apple mall, Veritown Bgc
- Isetan Mitsukoshi mall, Sunshine fort Bgc

Sobra na nyan traffic sa BGC. Masyadong maliliit mga streets. Palpak yung urban planning.

Walang main road mala Makati CBD which has Ayala Ave, Makati Ave., Paseo de Roxas and Buendia. And that CBD was planned over 65 years ago!

32nd and 5th na yung pinaka main roads nila. Mali ng BGC planners di nila na anticipate na once naging full fledged CBD na di na kakayanin.

5 years ago ok pa BGC e halos light traffic lang syempre di pa kasing daming office nun. Wala pa Globe nun at yung bigger companies. Now ayaw ko na dumaan BGC pag weekdays. Sobrang bottleneck sa 32nd.

Maybe they should now experiment with one ways to ease the flow...

Masyado lang maraming kotse na doon Now. It used to be no problem with that set up. Pag hinde naman Rush hour walang problema.

problema dyan sa BGC yung labasan.. mckinley is not enough.. pag don sa kalayaan ganon din.. tapos yung flyover going to buendia pag rush hour sobrang trapik din..

pero sa lahat ng sm pinakagusto ko megamall......umayos ngayon dahil sa fashion hall.....

and panalo yung ginawa nila call center tapos sa ilalim ng building dumadaan yung bus.... wala ng madadahilan para bumalandra sa edsa.....

since a yesr ago, I predicted that project pie will close someday. nagulat na lang ako bigla nag close sa megamall, i have observed this whenever I get put of SNR Shaw, i do shopping at Snr shaw and eat pizza there, in front of snr is Project Pie, their pilot branch.
lagi wala tao. so i figured sino ba naman ang mag design pa ng sarile nilang pizza puy kung nag lalaki ng new york style pizza sa snr. so it happened na pala.

alam nyo ang ma-miss ko eh halal guys, i kinda like the food there pero talaga siguradong on the way down na ito.

i think fastfoods or those near fastfood design stores. that offer. 250 to 300 per meal per person are in danger of closing down. i think Kenny Rogers would be one of them

eh wala eh, many bough cars today tp the tune of 1.2M for a vios or 2.2 m for a fortuner. why those numbers, coz that's the total to be paid after a 5 year installment per family or per person. do you think may pangkain pa eto ng Tig 300 meal every meal, baon sa utang.

in the honda crv thread I used ayala malls as example, eh ayala dompanies ang nangraraket ng mga dealers incentive at kung ano ano pa to pad the pricing pf the mux before now, honda crv. so hayun in every thing that you do there is a cosnequence, langaw ang mga malls nila coz people tend to stay at home and eat than go putisde and dine kasi ang laki ng premium sa cars, kinda ironic coz bunile ka ng car para lumabas, lalo ka nagtipid at kunain sa bahay

This is exactly how my officemate was! He bought a brand new FD civic in 2009. One time sumabay ako sa kanya kumain and the food he bought was honestly pathetic Medyo mahal kasi yung pagkain sa building namin then he said P50 lang budget niya. Naisip ko talaga, bago at ganda nga ng kotse pero tinipid naman yung katawan niya. Basta napansin ko sobrang tipid niya sa lahat ng bagay. Pati ata pangpalit ng battery wala siya e.

There was a recent article that Metro Manila Malls are already at a saturation point and this is evidenced by the increasing number of vacant spots. Provincial malls though are still at good levels but IMO it's only a matter of time.

It's a food court in our building so P50 will buy you practically nothing. Siguro yung Potdog dimsum but that's not enough for a meal.

It looks like pinilit talaga niya yung brand new car niya. He told me once na he doesn't have the budget yet to replace his battery. So that only means he doesn't have cash for extraordinary expenses. Makes me wonder if he has compre insurance. Misplaced priorities kasi alam ko after bonus bumili ng mags e hahaha
