Actually Phinma and Nestle were the first two buildings in Rockwell Center, before it boomed so now theyre the smallest buildings compared to all the towers next to them.
Mr.. Hilado an ni-namedrop ko to park at Phinma building. But I cannot stay too long ( 1 hr max) lest the guards start looking for me.
