may mga maid kami rito na minsan susumpungin magnakaw o mangupit.
hirap lang din kasi maghanap ulit ng bago kasi orientation galore na naman.
tulad ko bukas darating yung kapalit sa dating yaya ko na mabait sana kaya lang nuknukan ng sinungaling! inis.

if you're 100% sure that you really left the envelope in your office and no one else but you your maid entered that room then your made took it. forget about the 8 years she has been with you, lying is one thing but stealing is another. if someone steals from me i automatically kick them out of my house.

Why don't you set up a camera inside the office. It's hard to put the blame on her if you don't really have hard evidence. And besides, she's been with your family for over 8 years. Why only now (stealing).

Put a hidden cam inside the office. Leave a 500 peso bill sa ibabaw ng table. Ask her to clean the office. Review the recordings afterwards then you decide.

Andami ko na nga nadinig na horror stories re: maids.

Yun officemate ko kakapanganak, kumuha ng maid.

after a month ang laki ng electric bill. kampante since ang akala niya whole day naka aircon baby niya.

until one day umuwi siya ng biglaan ng lunch. yung baby niya nag iiiyak sa sala wala kasama.

si yaya nasa masters bedroom kasama ang boypren naka aircon, wathing ****, gettin nasty!

I agree here. It's already becoming hard nowadays to find trust worthy and loyal househelp and even family drivers unlike before where it was the norm for a family to have them from the time they were young to the time they were old and grey. Iba na priorities and patalon-talon na sila ng trabaho. Tamad na rin magtrabaho at cellphone nalang inaatupag ng mga iba.

I had the same predicament with a long-time house help of ours before where my sister and myself suspected her of getting food from our pantry and smuggling it out to her husband. I did not let her go because when it came to money and caring for household, there were no issues... pagkain lang talaga ninenenok niya. She was due to retire anyway so we just let it be until she went back home to the province for good.

I agree to review the tape again to make sure that no one else stepped in the office. If you're doubtful are you willing to wait for strike three to happen? After this, if you don't let her go but you have confronted her already do be mindful of her actions, especially if she has contact with your kids. If you cannot trust her anymore, then you have to let her go to get a point across that stealing and dishonesty has no place under your roof.

look for another maid sir, sa loob ng 8 years na yun, sure po kayo na di niya ginagawa yun? twice niyo nang pinagdudahan, may possibility na ganun talaga siya.

may mga maid ako na text ng text. pag nilalapag nila yung cp nila sa ref babasahin ko yung mga text ng mga boypren o textmate nila tapos rereplayan ko ng mga kagaguhan.

pag naaalala ko natatawa pa rin ako.
