Who was supposed to be in your office between the two?

You would have to sit down with them one on one to gather their "story" on what they did at your office and note for inconsistencies. You have to be very clear to them that they are being questioned because the video showed that they were the only ones inside the office when the money got lost.

If only it was easy to do fingerprinting and matching.

On baiting the culprit, malamang matagal at mas maingat na yan next time around kung sanay yan mangupit. People who are used to doing this can really look you straight in the eye and flatly deny allegations.

sa mga maid namin na nagnanakaw wala akong mapaamin kahit nga huli na, ayun nabimbang ko tuloy ng 5gallon container.
yung yaya kong isa ang tapang, nalingat kang ako nagnakaw agad. halos katabi ko lang. pinalayas ko siya pa yubg nagwala. may history na palang klepto itong ul0l nato dito sa neighborhood namin. kasabwat pa nanay niya. sayang di kasya sa trashbag, chubby eh.

Both goes inside my office. One gets the thrash out, the other cleans the room.

Nanghihinayang talaga akong paalisin yung 8yrs na maid. I'm still trying to prove na hindi nga sya yung nagnakaw. The other maid, a few months pa lang so ok lang paalisin. But I don't know how to properly interrogate them para makakuha ng clue man lang.

Already did that to the 1st maid, our 8yr maid. Told her I'm going to invite the NBI and show them the footage. Sumagot, sige sir, wala naman talaga akong kinukuha, di ko naman pinapakialaman drawer nyo.

I haven't confronted the other maid yet. Still thinking of how to interrogate her.
