I agree here. It's already becoming hard nowadays to find trust worthy and loyal househelp and even family drivers unlike before where it was the norm for a family to have them from the time they were young to the time they were old and grey. Iba na priorities and patalon-talon na sila ng trabaho. Tamad na rin magtrabaho at cellphone nalang inaatupag ng mga iba.

I had the same predicament with a long-time house help of ours before where my sister and myself suspected her of getting food from our pantry and smuggling it out to her husband. I did not let her go because when it came to money and caring for household, there were no issues... pagkain lang talaga ninenenok niya. She was due to retire anyway so we just let it be until she went back home to the province for good.

I agree to review the tape again to make sure that no one else stepped in the office. If you're doubtful are you willing to wait for strike three to happen? After this, if you don't let her go but you have confronted her already do be mindful of her actions, especially if she has contact with your kids. If you cannot trust her anymore, then you have to let her go to get a point across that stealing and dishonesty has no place under your roof.
