Maglite isn't as good as it was in the 80s or 90s. My first Solitaire was in the 90s and used it as my car key chain. I got a another one in 2014 (or 2015), wala pang 1 year sira na. I have a bigger maglite na wala pang 1 yr sira na rin

Saw it on sale at True Value about two or so years ago. Good thing I didn't buy because Maglite isn't good anymore.

11dollars each -20% pa.

pag e01 eh "throwy"/makitid ang buga ng ilaw. Maganda pang malapitan lang like sa loob ng kotse or kwarto.

    - - -

Sa e05 eh "floody"/malawak. Ito Lagi ko gamit ngayon. Ang liit pero lakas. Abot ilaw kahit matataas na puno.

Ito pala. Pag bibili kayo keychain flashlight yung may color kasi pag black pag namisplace ang hirap hanapin. Pag orange or violet kita agad.

merong led flashlight sa daiso. uses three AAA batteries.
    maliwanag naman.
at kung ma-sira, you can buy another one.
sa 88 pesos each, you can buy 7 of them with 628 bucks.

my experience with small flashlights, is that their weakness is the switch.
but with these daiso-sourced units, after over a year of use, the switches are still ok.

while old-technology leds are kind of weak, today's new-tech leds are bright, even as they are still cheap.

I bought some of this for Xmas gift, a China ripoff of Cree / Bell& Howell Taclight. Yan yung pineke na ang Cree ng B&H, pineke pa ng China..haha

At P190/pc, then some 18650 LiOn battery upgrade worth P30 to scrap the 3xAAA and a P45 smart charger, that's dirt cheap.

The one with orange button is my o'l reliable orig Cree been for me for years na.

Yup, lahat yan sa 999. Bought by bulk as gift item para useful.

I got the older eneloop digital charger that does only charging. Now that i'm having interest in 18650s as i've plenty of laptap & cordless power tools batts, I just ordered 4pcs w/out adapter of that Lii-500 online and waiting confirmation. This guy says its the best

    I use the MH-C9000 charger for Ni-MH batteries. For Li-based batteries, I have a Nitecore i4 (2016).

I use this now. No special charger needed, just plug to any powered usb. I can charge it almost anywhere, even from the car's hu. It is also small so very handy. It's cheap costing only p150 at 168 mall. Throw away pag nasira.

Admin, why can't i upload pics? Wala daw permission acct ko or no privilege to upload photos.

IDK if same, 1st time ko mag siapeeng buti marunong tumawag to confirm delivery yung courier kundi wla marecieve sa bahay. Dami sellers sa site, pinili ko yung cheapest without AC/DC adapter. https://shopee.ph/product/52659352/1099128091

    that's nice.
so what flashlight do you have, kags?

but for 350 bucks, i can buy four 88 peso flashlights... so that, in the unlikely event that the same unfortunate incident happens more than once, i still have a spare.
who would be stupid enough to intentionally do that four times ?

unless the work environment is a punishing one, i see no reason why i would want to spend four times the money, for a flashlight.
to be cost-effective, we must choose the right tool for the job.

    my nephew is a seaman.
"ninong, i destroyed three ordinary seikos the other year. the g-shock i have on now, is about to celebrate its 1st birthday on my wrist."
    heh heh.

it's like the battle tanks in WWII.
the vaunted german tanks were wonderful technological marvels, designed to last for years... built in relatively small-ish numbers, at a time when the life expectancy of tanks was measured in weeks to months.
the american shermans were, in contrast, cheaper mass-produced models, manufactured in huge numbers.
conflict archaeologists theorize that had the germans chosen to manufacture cheaper, pedestrian-type tanks in far larger numbers, the course of the war may not have been what it was.

    kapish?
