    anu ano ang mga common mistakes na di naten masyado napapansin.

    may nabasa ako, dapat daw "with REGARD to" not "with REGARDS to"..

    baka may iba pa...

    The former is the most commonly used. To myself, there are better and simpler words such as "about" or "concerning".

    Or just simply "regarding" is easier.

    how about the phrase 'for a while' said on its own? sounds really weird to me.
    our own version of 'just a minute/second/moment'.

    another example is the redundant 'tuition fee'. although i don't think that's unique to Filipinos.

    i remember some american colleagues telling me that our grammar is generally fine but they find our pronounciation of some words funny.

    One perfect example, noong Senate impeachment hearing ni Erap.

    Si Apostol madalas banggitin....."Your wetness".
    Instead na.... "Your witness".

    Apostol is from the South.

    Sa mga foreigners naman di na nila pinapansin yan. Basta nagkakaintindihan oks na yan sa kanila.

    Pero common mistakes? Madalas nakikita ko ito. Kahit sa TV. Yung paggamit ng word anniversary.

    Example.....

    10th year anniversary - Wrong!
    10th anniversary - Korek!
