Yup, meron naman in the 900K to 1M++ range. Don't expect it to be smack in the middle of the Metropolis though. Some people prefer these for their start ups instead of locating in places where they have to pay toll fees to get to and from work.

    Suntrust Properties, Inc.

    HOME - SM Development Corporation

With SM though the units are a little over shoebox size already if you're talking of low prices. Mahal pa rin sila mag benta per sq.m.

UU mayron, yung tipong paglipat mo eh under renovation yung mga elevator at kailangan mong mag stairs, tapos pangakong magagawa next year, at next year yan pa rin ang sasabihin hanggang lumipas ang 10 years na malapit mo na mabayaran ang lahat eh ganun pa rin ang sitwasyon.

You can say that again. I'm not saying that everyone in such developments are like that as some of the newer projects I've seen with good management and are somewhat "low density"(i.e. a multi-building, low rise project) are quite nice for singles and start-up families, pero kung umasta talaga yung iba, kala mo bumili ng high end condo sa Makati or Fort. Lahat nirereklamo pero hindi sila up to date sa dues or pag tinignan mo yung source of payment, kapatid pala sa abroad yung nagbabayad ng amortization. And usually, mas madaling kausap pa yung nasa abroad na nagbabayad over the relative/person using the unit. Mas mahal pa ang mga tsikots kaysa condo unit pero ayaw naman magbayad to get a parking slot tapos mag reklamo na gusto nila ng libreng parking. :D

Tip: If you're buying a condo, irregardless of whether you'll use it or lease it out, always get a parking slot. Mas madiling ipa-rent or ibenta later on.
